Silent Hill II Demake - Soundless Mountain II

Coming to a foggy town after getting a letter from your dead wife, sounds familiar?
"Soundless Mountain" a great demake of Silent Hill II show how this amazing survival horror game would look on a 8bit NES.

Controls:
Z - Ok / Use / Examine / Attack
X - Back / Enter weapon mode
M - Map
SPACE - Inventory

Advanced controls:
Down + Z -Kick (in walk mode)
Down + Z - Low Attack (in weapon mode)
Back + Z - Turn (in weapon mode)

Nice! I always wanted to play silent hill 2 (I've heard it's the best one) but I never managed to get my hands on a copy. This will have to do instead, graphics doesn't really matter :)

Call me crazy but games like that could still work in this day and age. There is just too much first person and 3D going on. There is a reason why Wii games like New Super Mario Brothers and Donkey Kong Returns sell so well. Platformers are far from dead.
