HyperDock is one of those apps i couldn't imagine living without, it brings some awesome features to OS X i missed for a long time.
Window Previews
Ever wondered how to activate a single window instead of a whole application?
The Window Preview bubble shows you every single window of an application just by holding the mouse on a dock item!
It even shows minimized windows and windows from other spaces and is fully drag & drop aware.
In this screenshot you see i have two "Google Chrome" windows open, one on the current desktop and another one on the non active desktop 1.

Hover the mouse over the iTunes dock item to view information about the current song, You can pause, skip, rate songs and even adjust volume just by scrolling on the itunes icon.
In combination with "DockArt" an iTunes plugin that any time you play a song that has cover art, will replace the iTunes icon in your dock you get an awesome iTunes dock integration.
HyperDock also brings advanced Window Management features to Mac OS:
- Move & resize windows just by holding down keys and moving your mouse.
- Automatically resize windows when dragging to screen edges (Window Snapping).
Powerful Shortcuts
HyperDock adds fully configurable shortcuts to your dock apps.
Assign key & mouse shortcuts to your dock items to hide or quit apps, start Expose, open Safari tabs, Finder Windows and much more.
I just love this system extension and can recommend it to any mac user.
Download HyperDock
PS: Since there was some confusion in the comments, its 14 day trial then 9,95$ but its totally worth it!

Damn, right when I am out of funds for the rest of the month. Looks sweet though. Would work well in conjunction with geektool, I guess.
All my windows friends won't know what kind of setup I'm running with this.
Cool stuff.
Looks very useful...

It seems really useful, kudos to whoever made it.
9.95 sounds a bit expensive to me :<
That's quite useful actually. lol I can't help but be curious as to what the removed post said. Was it anti-Apple?
Mac? oh man
so two dirty movies, side by side? tempting... Happy Pi Day!

Mac with windows 7 features!? I'll just install Windows 7 :D
well at least it has a two week trial. :)
I so want to get a Mac-book Air!
I could see an application like this really simplify my day, I'm starting to think I may just check out getting a Mac here soon...
Free apps are always welcome.
I like that you can try before you buy! :)
It's kinda like the Windows 7 taskbar then? Not meaning to belittle anyone, it's just I recently got rid of my old dock and I'm looking for a new one, maybe, I might not thought because I'm tired of docks, and I found that by pinning things to the windows taskbar, it makes a surprisingly good dock.
i've been thinking of duel booting my OSX with windows 7, but maybe here's a nice in-between of the two OS's
thanks for always checking out my blog dude!you're the best :3

Looks like another good app to help us windows guys cross over. Now if they could just lower the price for us windows guys, say like a free 40% off coupon for first time mac buyers or something.
thats cool, looks like dock on steriods
looks handy
Apple: Is there any other options?
Agree with kim <3
cool!
I absolutely cannot live without my dock. One of my favorite features, hands down.
some of this are features that i cant live without in windows 7 so its a great adition to OSX.
Not sure about this, but it seems useful...
This looks really cool, nice info!
I use one like this, but it's free. Called Rocketdock
Is it better than rocketdock in some way? I always thought that's what everyone that wanted a dock used :o
@Shelby Fox
@Frosty
Rocketdock is a copy of the OS X dock for windows
we talking bout mac software here no windows copys ;)
Configurable shortcuts is the way to go.
Thanks for sharing!
I think I know someone who could benefit from this. thanks for sharing
Nice software. Thanks for sharing.
awesome
Apple copying from microsoft? My how the tables have turned.
@Random Fan
Wat? Its a third party add on, not from apple.
feels reall good dude
okay this looks complicated. need to get my head into this first
Mac is already beloved by millions. Then, they incorporate the features that leave them at a disadvantage? Brilliant.
Can't argue with free. (After 14 days though, feel free to argue as much as you want.)
nice
grate post!
best of all it's free... lol
its not free, you get a 14 day trial
but again its cheap for a daily running app i basically use every-time i use my dock
